Morning creep.
That red in the distance is traffic. Was sad to learn the local morning radio comp was won last week. 6k! I could have done with that! So now i have about twenty mins of rain and red light purgatory to console me. Morning!

Fascinated, i drove past this shop in jalan ipoh to have a closer look. They have gold and costume jewellery for indian ladies.

My healthy eating programme
Cooking at home, rough and ready and delicious! They looked better uncooked though, after they shrank to almost nothing. The garlic want down whole.
